ORM Fertility is an internationally recognized fertility clinic comprised of five physicians sub-specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology, a team of innovative Embryologists, and a team of talented clinicians and administrators. Our focus is family, both of our patients and our staff.

Summary:

We are looking for a Medical Scribe that will sit out of our Downtown, Portland Oregon clinic. Must be available to work Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m-4:30 p.m, with required rotating holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider.
• Prepare/Pre-chart the patient chart prior to all appointments as assigned.
• Perform chart preparation
• Other duties as assigned.
• Update EMP to reflect care plan.
• Accompany the provider in all New Patient and Discussion appointments.
• Collaborate with provider and provider team to ensure clear documentation and plan.

Requirements:

• Encompass essential medical knowledge and terminology
• Previous experience working as a medical scribe or similar position required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to patient care and ORM mission, vision, and values
• General knowledge of women’s health/fertility practice
