EDCOE is looking for a Medical Assistant CTE Teacher to get our brand-new Medical Assistant Training Program off the ground! In partnership with Marshall Medical Center, successful students will have access to top notch externships and the opportunity to apply for immediate employment. We are looking for a highly qualified instructor to make this happen! We need someone who is skilled in teaching and serving the needs of a varied student population. We can assist with teacher credentialing!

The purpose of the CTE Instructor, Medical Assisting, is to supervise and instruct students in the vocational training and career development of Medical Assisting. This position is under the general supervision of the Director, Alternative Programs. In a culture of high expectations and academic rigor and an environment of support, understanding, and emotional safety, all EDCOE students will complete the program with a valued and highly respected Certificate of Completion and will be prepared to pass the CCMBA Exam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $285.68 per day
