Northwestern Medical Center's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare for our community and we are currently recruiting for a Full-time Medical Assistant opportunity.

EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Full-Time (72 bi-weekly), primarily 7p-7a, including every weekend

JOB SUMMARY:

The Medical Assistant supports all Diagnostic Imaging staff in the daily operations of the department. Duties include but are not limited to: patient care, patient transport, stocking and cleaning of exam rooms, assisting in the performance of stress testing, and EMR/PACS documentation. This position will be trained to start IV’s in some modalities and must successfully complete the NMC IV Course including ongoing competency in starting

PREREQUISITES

Certifications: BLS required
