Job Description
Actalent is currently hiring a full time Medical Assistant that is interested in work with children. Certification or registration as a medical assistant is required.


Description


  • Maintains supplies, equipment and instruments.
  • Provides safe and effective delivery of uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the direction and continuous supervision of a licensed health care provider.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports and performs clerical functions as needed.
  • Maintains sterility and cleanliness of the environment.
  • Provides appropriate clinical and non-clinical information to facilitate visit process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications


Pediatrics is definitely ideal, this person must be comfortable working with children. Hospital experience is not required, this can be someone from a practice setting. Clerical experience such as prior auth is highly preferred.

Hours: M-F, 8:30AM-4:30PM, 30 min lunch
