Compensation And Schedule For The Medical Assistant


Medical Assistant – Full-time, $20-$23 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Great benefits and a positive working environment!


Required Qualifications Of The Medical Assistant


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of recent medical assistant experience required
  • Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Family or internal medicine experience preferred


Front Office


Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant


  • Schedule / reschedule appointments
  • Answer phones
  • Handle referrals and authorizations
  • Check patients in and out


Back Office


  • Prep patient for provider
  • Handle injections and blood draws
  • Collect patient information and enter into EMR system
  • Room patients and take vitals
