Position

The Clinical Research Assistant plays a crucial role in creating a positive experience for each patient participating in clinical trials. You will be involved in the patient's experience before they enroll in a trial, once they are actively involved in a trial, and once those trial visits are completed (Before, During, and After). Alongside the rest of the research team, you will support the successful completion of the clinical trial process. This includes working directly with patients to assist with screening and enrolling in trials. During patient visits, you will support the rest of the clinic team in regard to patient procedures (phlebotomy, EKGs, etc) and schedule patient follow-up visits. In order to properly handle these responsibilities, you will be expected to understand each trial's operating procedure and any compliance-related requirements.

We currently have around 180 employees operating in 11 states and have 25+ sites where they are running clinical trials. They run trials in a variety of therapeutic areas such as Alzheimer's, dermatology, family medicine, COVID -19, and more.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office
• Attention-to-detail
• EKG experience preferred
• Certification as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, LPN with an Associate's Degree OR Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline
• Clinical research experience preferred, but not required
