Mechanical Project Manager Urgent Hiring



Our client is a pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Construction to join their team of experts. You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders. He will also support the design process and the approvals process.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Interacts with the super
  • Makes certain that all pertinent papers are uploaded to the project database and aids the vendor as necessary
  • Examines the final soft copies of the documentation, checking for accuracy and compliance with the A/E comments
  • Project planning
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates.
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Follows up on and confirms project stakeholders' approvals of hard copy material


Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications


  • Good judgment and adaptability
  • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, with internships preferable, and those with 1 to 5+ years of construction management experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
  • Skilled in collaborating with several leads from different disciplines to solve issues and enhance procedures
  • A plus is having experience with commercial projects
  • Efficient coordination and communication abilities
  • At a subcontractor, mechanical/HVAC experience is preferred
