Mechanical Designer / $50K-$75K per year / Rosemount, MN Must Haves:Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or Equivalent experience in Engineering, CAD, or equivalent. Minimum two years of mechanical design experience. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes. Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Proficient in Solidworks or similar 3D CAD software (Creo, Inventor, etc.) Experience with PDM. Willingness to work on projects at all phases of development from Concept to Production. Experience with design verification testing. Working knowledge of drafting standards. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Education: Associates Degree Why Us:

: Participate in the design and development of new products and improvements to existing products. Create and modify 3D models, Assemblies, and 2D drawings. Develop and maintain design documentation, including BOMs, Drawings, and Specifications. Work with cross functional teams to ensure the design meets all project deliverables and requirements.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve design issues and problems. Perform calculations and testing to ensure design meets requirements. Understand and comply with all company values, processes, and standards.
