Material Management/Buyer Jobs

This position is very important and must manage all materials from beginning to end. Making sure all products are on site when needed. Design, implementation of all systems and processes making sure products arrive on schedule.

• Cross functional team communication and teamwork.
• Processing returns
• Analyzing the failure reports and communicating results
• Preparation and issuing of Purchase Orders
• Forecasting with suppliers
• Sourcing and negotiating for components
• Inventory management
• Process improvements (Lean Six Sigma)

Must be able to collaborate with engineering, purchasing and other departments to create quotes for field repairs and upgrades, process orders and return goods authorizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or related fields.
• Technical/Mechanical knowledge in Hydraulics and Electrical systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• 5 years experience in Material Management.
