We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at our facility in Ambridge, PA. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout our operations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
• Prepare materials for production by pulling, staging, and delivering them to the appropriate departments
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting activities
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials within the facility
• Unload, sort, and store materials in designated areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all material movements
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role is preferred
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Valid forklift operator certification is a plus
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management

Salary Info
$18 - $18 / hr
