Job Description

As the Material Flow Coordinator, You will contribute and collaborate in all forms (new ideas, solutions, team calls, partnerships with colleagues and functional leaders.) Provides administrative support and improves processes. Leads and drives projects within a matrixed environment.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Performs a daily audit of record adjustments
  • Plan and execute cycle counts to support monthly and annual corporate requirements
  • Investigates part histories to identify misuse, specification problems, unaccounted scrap or potential theft
  • Coordinates material counts for engineering changes, breakpoints, and Production Trial Runs
  • Manage Escrap system access, processing and communication to the plant teams
  • Supports/manages obsolescence adjustments
  • Investigates/validates Shipping Records
  • Coordinates record retention
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding all material adjustments along with root cause analysis
  • Flexibility to backup Scheduler
  • Performs material receipt analysis and investigates losses
  • Audit of receiving process, follow-up and resolution of discrepancies, including duplicate receipts
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills and Ability
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel using complex formulas, creating and executing macros
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Planning and organizational abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of MGO Office Screens
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output
  • High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
