Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Material Cutter in Greenville. Our client Manufactures High Quality Lifting Slings. The Material Cutter is responsible for cutting and staging fabric for sewing operations.
Responsibilities Of a Material Cutter Includes

• Read and follow standard production orders
• Monitor product and process to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Verify proper components before beginning a job
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly
• Follow established procedures, policies and practices to produce safe quality products that meet industry and company standards
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of company systems and processes
• Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned cutting tools and all related equipment to ensure all daily orders are met
• Follow all safety procedures including the wearing of all required personal protective equipment
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Follow all standard work processes
• Maintain reliable attendance including overtime if needed

Job Requirements Of a Material Cutter

• Must be self-motivated
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Effective written communication skills, including legibility

REQUIRED Experience And Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
