Masters Level Mental Health Intern (Fall/Spring)

Working with adults with mental health disorder in a home like setting.
Internship roles and responsibilities will be reviewed and discussed with each student to ensure that the placement meets their school requirements and to communicate responsibilities the both the student and their Elwyn supervisor may have during the placement.
Elwyn's affiliation agreement include an Appendix B, "Student Agreement" which can be used as template for this, or the School may provide their documentation to cover the student agreement portion of the documentation.
