Position Summary
A LifeSpa Master Stylist is the most technically advanced and educated health and beauty expert, committed to positively enriching our team, members and guests.They will exceed guest needs and expectations by providing individualized services and treatments. They remain current on new reatail and service trends in the industry and are dedicated to ongoing education.
Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
• Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness
• Provides various hair cutting, chemical, conditioning, styling and finishing techniques
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Assists in driving training and education within your LifeSpa location
• Acts as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens and is informed and educated in correlating LifeSpa retail product offerings

Position Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in styling
• Cosmetology license in applicable state
• High School Diploma or GED
