Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Montana Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Solace Spa at Big Sky Resort offers exceptional service to our destination resort guests. Nothing beats coming off a long day on the mountain to be pampered by caring hands! The Massage Therapist will be experienced in technical requirements along with the understanding of the guests needs. Candidates will be expected to maintain a professional manner, be punctual, know the techniques of massage therapy, and be able to work as a team member.
Responsibilities:
  • Able to provide a high level of service to our guests
  • Performs according to company objectives regarding sales; actively builds clientele, guests retention and requests
  • Ensures that treatment is timed properly to ensure that guest can be on time to other treatments
  • Explains services to guests
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of Solace Spa and Big Sky Resort to be able to answer guest inquiries
  • Conducts consultation with guest to obtain information about their preferences
  • Must be proficient in sports massage, deep tissue work, and pregnancy massage.
  • Takes responsibility for the care and satisfaction of the guest during their treatment
  • Able to utilize great body mechanics in order to provide massage that is both beneficial to the guests while being healthy for the massage therapist
  • Has knowledge of products in order to make knowledgeable recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Friendly and dependable
  • Montana Massage License
