None required as long as applicant has graduated from a recognized massage school and has obtained an NC State License and passed The Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) offered by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). Must have basic knowledge of Swedish massage, business ethics and outstanding communication skills with clients and fellow employees. Must have basic knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as pathology. Flexibility with schedule is a must. Is knowledgeable in various modalities with either basic training or advanced training.Works mostly inside; light cleaning of massage rooms and any extra preparation or clean-up needed for sessions.
