Reports to: Executive Director

Salary Range: $45 to $65/visit, commensurate with experience

PRN

A massage therapist in Hospice is responsible for providing relaxation or treating discomfort or body pain through physical touch and moving the patient’s muscles. Their duties include a relaxing ambience and kneading or rubbing muscles to release tension. The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language and other cues and modifying the treatment accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Massage Therapist License
  • Automobile capable of driving in varied weather conditions
