Marketing Supervisor - Industrial Distribution

The Marketing Supervisor leads the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy, including SEO and SEM, website management, social media, and oversees the marketing team by reviewing the marketing collateral, email-marketing campaign creation, and supporting prospecting and lead nurturing activities.

Experience, Education And Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, timely and accurate information-sharing, and precise attention to detail
• Positive attitude, proactive, and committed
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing/communications field
• Proven leadership and management skills with a focus on developing excellent teamwork and proficiency in executing marketing strategy
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment on multiple concurrent projects with the ability to adapt and respond to changing deadlines and priorities
• Creative, organized, and able to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-driven environment

Essential Functions

• Manage digital marketing efforts across multiple channels - Paid Search, Display, SEO
• Coordinate website updates by proofing all changes for correct graphics, copy edits, visual alignment with brand guidelines, and new web features
• Proficient in email marketing software (i.e., MailChimp)
• Plan, create, and publish social media posts and paid campaigns
• Oversee email and direct mail campaign creation
• Manage company branding initiatives and standards
• Hire, train, and supervise marketing staff
• Plan media buying and advertising
• Work with sales teams on lead generation and nurturing strategies. Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines while providing instructions for promotion and use
• Oversee marketing collateral creation, including line cards, brochures, and other collateral material to support marketing goals and initiatives
• Own monthly metrics and KPI reporting, including advertising, website, and email campaigns during monthly meetings and quarterly reviews
• Proficient in Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and geofencing
• Create content for the company’s websites, including landing pages, product pages, blog posts, videos, images, etc
• Manage digital advertising and pay-per-click campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company image, brand standards, approval levels, and guidelines
• Familiar with CRM software
• Produce, track, and promote yearly marketing plan and content calendar
• Implement search engine optimization strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
