Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Marketing Research Analyst to support the Net-Leased Team in the Denver office. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, has experience and strong interests in marketing, data analytics, Salesforce, databasing, written, and verbal skills. This position will provide knowledge of the innerworkings of the brokerage industry while working alongside successful brokers and a team of 10.
Research Analyst Responsibilities:
·Manage and oversee team research projects
·Assist the Marketing Coordinator with marketing tasks, such as posting listings, sending email campaigns, and using our social media
·Use Salesforce to successfully curate targeted clientele list, updating contact information as necessary
·Update and maintain accurate ownership records in Salesforce/CRM
·Create research content to support market valuations and creation of marketing materials
·Use Placer.AI to understand the properties visitor statistics
·Draft detailed write-ups on retailers, investment highlights and location overviews
·Upload marketing materials to 3rd party property listing websites
·Generate property leads from a variety of sources, curating lists for follow-up
Administrative Responsibilities:
·Work alongside lead agents to determine research and marketing needs
·Communicate with Director of Operations, Marketing Coordinator, and Financial Analyst to create marketing materials and assist in the escrow/closing process
·General team support based on client needs
Required Knowledge and/or Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business / Real Estate / Digital Marketing or other related field
·Proficient in Salesforce
·Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources
·Microsoft Office skills, with a strong knowledge of Excel and Word
·Experience using Indesign, Adobe Acrobat, Linkedin, Constant Contact
·Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
·Highly organized and detail oriented
·Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
This position will be full time in the Downtown Denver office.
Pay Structure: $28.70hr - $31.25hr based on experience
