Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Client Location: Cary, NC; Hybrid

Starting: 07/24/2023


Salary/Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 6 Months

**This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week required at our client's Cary, NC office.**

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.

This position will support orchestration and sequencing of medicare communications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to convene and get buy in from multiple levels in the organization, reviews documents and analyze for opportunities, create excel and power point presentations and storytell. Will be expected to pull together, edit, and create presentations to present to steering committee.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
  • Develops and manages project timelines.
  • Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
  • Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
  • Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
  • Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
