Summary


This is a contract position that requires at least a 3 month commitment with the option to extend longer. The Marketing Operations Consultant is part of ThreatQuotient’s Global Marketing team and will support our content, digital and field marketing teams. We are looking for a marketing operations expert with experience in B2B marketing, including developing new processes, driving data strategies and implementing new technologies. This role will have responsibilities relating to a variety of marketing technologies that support demand generation programs for the business. The work will enable the Marketing team to improve program and campaign performance against objectives and KPIs.


  • This is a U.S. based remote position.


Essential Duties


  • Collaborate with business and marketing leaders, help manage third-party vendors, and train others
  • Plan and schedule content in advance. Research new social media trends and hashtags. Work with Marketing to strategize content ideas and use analytic tools to gauge the success of posts and campaigns
  • Ensure end-to-end tracking and reporting capabilities are present throughout the business unit’s key technology platforms
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to monitor all projects fueling demand gen, funnel performance, identify reporting gaps and cleanse data as required
  • Work with content, digital and field teams to ensure technology platforms are able to meet business requirements while incorporating standardization and industry best practices
  • Organize, manage, and oversee projects and initiatives in Marketing technology & lead management operations
  • Manage and validate all data loaded into the marketing automation and CRM platforms. Conduct regular audits of CRM lists to ensure reliable contact records are maintained and in accordance with global and local privacy standards such as GDPR, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, CRM and Digital Marketing to make appropriate updates to our CRM based on best practices, business, and marketing needs.
  • Social media planning and strategy – create and post content onto social media platforms
  • Review and support analysis of marketing funnel activities to guide performance improvement strategy and optimize flow through to sales organization
  • Ensure all integrations and systems are working properly
  • Assist with distribution of marketing emails via marketing automation platform, including email nurture campaigns
  • Test and support data ingestion and outputs for all programs/campaigns, including Salesforce lead creation and reporting

Education & Experience Must Haves


  • Proven track record of deploying best-practices in marketing operations, managing systems, implementing and managing new processes
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders across marketing, Sales, Finance, IT and other business functions
  • Strong analytical skills with campaign response analysis experience
  • Experience developing and implementing new processes and technologies while driving adoption and compliance
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Technology
  • Working knowledge of lead flow management and scoring, and transferring data between sales and marketing tools such as Marketo and Salesforce
  • High competence in Marketo and Salesforce a must, Marketo Certified a significant plus
  • Cybersecurity experience, a plus
  • Empathetic, high-energy and has an open communication style with a strong teamwork orientation and ability to foster energy and enthusiasm at every level
  • Experience with CMS like WordPress
