Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the financial forecast of the product portfolio for the annual budget and subsequent projections as required by senior management.
• Develop annual forecasts for new and existing products, working with multiple departments to gain valuable input and insights into market conditions and potential impacts to forecasts
• Analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to guide demand planning and provide inputs to Supply Chain for supply planning
• Lead annual departmental budget planning
• Analyze changing market conditions with inputs from internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate portfolio performance versus budget and work with internal stakeholders in implementing strategies and tactics to ensure maximum performance of portfolio

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• 5 plus years of Medical Device Industry marketing experience
• Strong understanding of customer & competitor behavior, promotion process, product management and pricing
• Ability to effectively manage departmental budgets and forecasting of existing and new product launches
• Strong understanding and experience in working with Excel for product analysis requirement
• Demonstrate sound decision making, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to hire and mentor talent
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; MBA preferred
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding and experience in utilizing IMS for product research
