Marketing Manager Jobs

Purpose: To strategize, organize, manage and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and services.

Role: This role will lead a small, agile team and be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Kate Marker Home's brand vision and business objectives.

- Lead the creation of marketing materials such as email campaigns, social media content, website copy, and advertising materials.

- Manage the company's social media presence, including developing content calendars, managing community engagement, and analyzing social media metrics to measure success.

- Collaborate with the Kate Marker Interiors team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website and retail locations.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Manage relationships with external partners, such as influencers, publishers, and agencies.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered within the allocated budget.

- Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that align with the Kate Marker Home brand vision.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-end retail or home decor environment

- Experience leading a small team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Strong understanding of marketing principles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform marketing decisions

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Passionate about design, home decor, and lifestyle trends

- Experience working with Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
