Job Description

The Tennessee Titans are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic coordinator to activate Titans marketing events, programs, and campaigns. The Coordinator is responsible for helping brainstorm (plan), promoting, and executing a variety of team brand building and fan engagement initiatives year-round. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement, work in collaboration with the Marketing team, coordinate across other departments, and oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and events.


Responsibilities:

  • Support (manage) year-round programming plan for Titans Kids Club (Rac-Pack), Titans Hangouts, Titans Resident Appreciation Program, in-market outreach, and more, including content creation coordination utilizing Wrike, events, promotional efforts, etc.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain inventory of giveaways and merchandise for the Marketing department.
  • Activate year-round marketing programs and events, including Training Camp, Kickoff Week, Gameday Hangouts, Tailgates, and more, aimed at measurably strengthening the relationship between the team and key fan segments.
  • Serve as main point of contact on daily communication with Titans Kids Club, fan group leaders, and Titans Hangout bar managers.
  • Coordinate all merchandise ordering and delivery logistics to successfully activate marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Assist with preparing presentation materials on program strategy, growth, and campaign/event recaps.
  • Maintain fan engagement platform databases and record event details and other relevant data and communication points in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to plan, communicate, and execute all aspects of marketing programs and events, including Partnerships, Ticketing, Business Intelligence, and Creative teams.
  • Execute in-market advertising tactics and seek out new fan development and grassroots marketing opportunities that align with the brand and maximize opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the digital team to ensure marketing programs, events and promotions are up to date on web/social/app and that content and graphics is refreshed on a regular basis.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills, including creation of compelling and strategic proposals, documentations, and presentations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong work ethic and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
  • Uphold the organizational E.L.I.T.E. standards.
  • Collaborative working style, with strong written and verbal communications.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest technology, social media, and cultural trends.
  • 1-2 years of marketing, branding, event planning, or similar experience.
  • Highly organized with ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Operate with integrity and respect with all internal and external business endeavors.
  • Proven track record of managing successful fan marketing programs and events.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize.
