Marketing Data Analyst Jobs

Our client in Scottsdale is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing team, full time.

This will be fully onsite in South Scottsdale.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Data Analyst:

• Work with key stakeholders to understand data trends and metrics and how to action data to drive team success
• Build a deep understanding of the data set to ensure that you are able to pull critical reports, evaluate success over time and create visual representations of the data
• Analyze company data across business development and marketing activities to identify trends, close gaps and determine best practice
• Work with leadership to create strategic plans, skills training and process improvements based on data trends to increase efficiency and accelerate sales cycle
• Create dashboards and tracking metrics to measure success of company programs and efficiency of deployment and management
• Support an organizational approach to data hygiene, finding points of failure in systems and data and identify processes to close the gaps.
• Support the organization in a data driven approach to business development and marketing strategy
• Dig deep into targeted segments, customer groups and business concepts

What you need to know as a Marketing Data Analyst:

• Highly responsible self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of job completion
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• HubSpot experience considered a significant plus
• Highly developed organization and time-management skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• 3+ years' data analysis experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
