Job Description
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.


Successful candidate will report directly to the Senior VP of Marketing. This is a fully remote position.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Analyze marketing data: Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including but not limited to digital campaigns, website analytics, social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and track marketing campaigns, conversion rates, lead generation, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies.
  • Reporting and visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and advanced Excel techniques to communicate key metrics, performance, and trends to stakeholders.
  • Data quality and integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data cleansing and validation techniques.
  • Data modeling and segmentation: Conduct advanced data modeling and segmentation analyses to identify target audiences, customer segments, and personalize marketing campaigns.
  • Generate actionable insights: Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing analytics initiatives with business objectives and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably marketing analytics
  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, metrics, and best practice
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with data modeling, segmentation, and statistical analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant experience and/or certifications in Marketo, Tableau, advanced Excel, SFDC (Salesforce), SalesLoft or Outreach
