Marketing Coordinator Intern Jobs

Position Summary:

Our Marketing Coordinator intern will help develop marketing and advertising campaigns, working closely with the marketing team, monitoring the status of projects, updating digital content, print collateral, signage, and assisting with analytics.

Essential Job Duties Include the following:

Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing projects such as digital campaigns, traditional ads, print collateral, community signage, website updates, copywriting, social media, and internal communications.

Assist with building out an online directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.

Research the effectiveness of select marketing tactics and provide analysis and recommendations.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Talents:

Courses completed in marketing, journalism, or a related discipline from a four-year college or university

Project management or exceptional time-management skills to oversee numerous projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software or smart-sheets is also an asset.

Excellent verbal communication skills and building relationships with ad agency, marketing, and sales.

Perform quality assurance marketing collateral reviews.

Manage both print and digital projects.

Has worked with and/or is interested in learning more about social media campaigns, digital call tracking, and content management systems (CMS)

Ability to spot trends and drive insights forward.

Market research experience and enjoyment of turning research into actionable plans or reports.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment that is committed to transforming lives.
