Job Description
Burial Beer is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and execution-focused human to live and breathe the Burial story. The Marketing and Content Coordinator's prime responsibility will be the daily documentation of the wide variety of happenings within the Burial realm, communicating them efficiently and effectively with our fans via a variety of platforms.

The Job


The Content Creator will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the Brand, Retail, and Production departments. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in the food and beverage industry, and enjoys a flexible schedule with travel, offering availability on nights and weekends. They are a constant source of creativity and fresh ideas, never afraid to try something new or push the limits.


What You'll Do


  • Occasional graphic design responsibilities include the creation of assets such as social media graphics, digital posters, email marketing assets, etc.
  • Maintain an organized, current, and user-friendly digital assets library, including edits, raws, and Creative Suite files.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of social media, marketing, and branding trends, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments regularly.
  • Assist Head of Marketing with management and content creation for all Burial social media handles, including @burialbeer, @burialclt, @burialdtr, @burialforestrycamp, @drinkvisuals, and @eulogyavl.
  • Photo, video, and audio editing.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to manage a content creation schedule based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly needs of the Brand Department.
  • Social media management, including but not limited to posting on Burial's established weekly schedule, responding to comments, dms, and interacting with other partner brands.
  • Content creation for weekly email newsletters.
  • Photography and videography of all Burial brands, products, spaces, food, merchandise, and events in both studio and lifestyle settings for use on social media, website, and newsletter.
  • Champion brand standards and editorial style to ensure quality, consistency and alignment across our communications channels and marketing assets.


Who We're Looking For


  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of video and photography editing required. History working with Canon DSLR or Mirrorless cameras preferred.
  • Food & beverage industry experience a plus.
  • Organized with superior attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or other coursework completed in photography, videography, and editing.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Travel, weekend, and night work will be required.
  • Must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, stand.
  • 1-3 years of experience and success managing social media accounts for a food & beverage or retail brand.
  • Possess a DIY production mentality.
  • Ability to work autonomously towards a team goal, and customer/client-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree or other coursework completed in photography, videography, and editing.
  • 1-3 years of experience and success working in advertising, marketing, or similar field.

Compensation: Determined based on experience and considered in integration with our benefits package.
