What You Will Be Doing

- Explore and adopt new channels, methods and platforms to optimize marketing communications
- Identifying Objects, Actions and Events to increase market awareness and share.
- Initiate market research studies, or analyze their findings.
- Develop and implement marketing plans or strategies.
- Think creatively, objectively, reasonably and compassionately.
- Communicating with Persons Inside and Outside the Organization.
- Compile and maintain current lists describing product or service offerings.
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
- Analyze market research data.
- Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
- Organize, plan, prioritize work while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Collaborating with Group Marketing efforts as a team member.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

- Branding and Distribution Channels
- Desktop Computer Skills including Graphics, Internet, Presentation, Spreadsheets and Word Processing using Google Workspace
- Adobe Systems, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Acrobat (Preferred)

- Business, marketing, communications or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Social Perceptiveness & Kindness

- Customer relationship management CRM software (Salesforce/Pardot)
- Operations & Quality Control Analysis
- Graphic design and/or photo imaging software (Preferred)
- 5+ years of Industrial-related Marketing & Communications experience. Preferably Internationally.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. No less than an Associate’s degree. Master’s degree is always preferred.
- Administration and Management, including budgets
