Job Description
What You Will Be Doing


  • Evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, Subordinates, Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Attract and maintain a customers by developing and implementing strategies to convey product & service value.
  • Understand products, customers and industry.
  • Explore and adopt new channels, methods and platforms to optimize marketing communications
  • Identifying Objects, Actions and Events to increase market awareness and share.
  • Initiate market research studies, or analyze their findings.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans or strategies.
  • Think creatively, objectively, reasonably and compassionately.
  • Communicating with Persons Inside and Outside the Organization.
  • Compile and maintain current lists describing product or service offerings.
  • Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
  • Analyze market research data.
  • Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
  • Organize, plan, prioritize work while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Collaborating with Group Marketing efforts as a team member.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
What you will need:

  • Business, marketing, communications or related field and/or equivalent work experience

  • Graphic design and/or photo imaging software (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of Industrial-related Marketing & Communications experience. Preferably Internationally.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. No less than an Associate’s degree. Master’s degree is always preferred.
