respected commercial real estate brokerages, Infinity Commercial Real Estate Group.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role located in Anchorage, AK. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting Manny Rodriguez with day-to-day marketing tasks and can expect to work 10-15 hours per week. The Marketing Assistant will be exposed to all facets of commercial real estate sales & leasing and will be working in a fun, relaxed, and engaging enviornment.

Applicants are expected to dress and act professionally while in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience with market research and analysis
• Current student enrolled in any business related field such as marketing, management real estate, finance, etc. preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with sales and marketing activities
• Understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work on different marketing projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service skills
