Who we are:Drone Brothers is a 9 year old business headquartered in the Detroit Metropolitan area.We are currently a 7 person company with plans for some fast growth over the next 3 years.We run a very family focused, transparent and team-work based company.We all work remotely and rely heavily on Zoom to stay connected.Sarcasm and a great sense of humor is a must :}. We are looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurs, business owners mindset.You will be working in an extremely fast paced environment and will be challenged each day as you grow and learn new marketing and social media skills.

We are what is called a content rich company.We get paid to fly drones on construction sites throughout the United States and capture progress photos, pano’s, videos and maps to help document the construction process and progress.We create more content each week than most companies do in a year :}We need someone to help us organize, edit and distribute this content across all of our social media and marketing channels, plus share and educated our customers and prospects on how to get the most benefit from these assets.In this role, you will combine and use your knowledge of social media, marketing and video production.

You MUST be comfortable with apps, automations and an online environment.

We would like you to be (or become) highly proficient at:

• Sales Navigator
• Mailchimp
• Youtube
• Vimeo
• Having an understanding of Canva, Final Cut Pro, and/or the Adobe suite of products or other video editing apps, would be helpful.
• Google My Business
• Linked In
• Word Press
• Chat GPT
• Monday.com

Understanding the ins and outs of using Linkedin and its sister app; Sales Navigator would be a huge advantage in securing this job.

Here is what your typical day will look like….

• Make sure fresh content is made and shared on our social media channels (predominantly Linkedin) I.E. “check out this new job we are starting in XXX”.“Say hello to our newest client we are welcoming aboard”.“Check out the latest progress of Project XYZ in Albuquerque”
• Making sure that Vimeo, and Youtube content is titled, tagged and a proper description is added.
• You will be responsible for making hundreds of new LinkedIn connections with our customers andprospects.
• You will be responsible for getting the most out of and leveraging our Sales Navigator account.
• You will be responsible for working with our Marketing team to turn these testimonials, 5 star reviews and best practices into video or marketing content to post on our social channels.
• You will be working directly with our Account Management team to get testimonials, best practice/success stories from our clients.
• You will be responsible for working with our content team and helping update and build out new word press pages on our website.
• You will be reaching out to our pilots to coordinate and schedule interviews, get testimonials and get/give 5 star reviews.
• Make sure the assets we collect are shared on our Google my Business and our YouTube channels.
• You will be responsible for working with our Marketing lead to design and send out monthly electronic newsletters via our CRM and or Mailchimp.
• You will be responsible for monitoring our Linkedin page, hundreds of our clients and prospects pages and thousands of individual peoples pages to add comments and value to their posts, plus look for other sales opportunities.
• You will be using Chat GPT to create new copy daily for use in social media posts, blog posts and new content for our website.
