Mains’l Services is seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Specialist to execute and support marketing and communication strategies and tactics across various agency-wide initiatives. Our ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, with a desire to learn and develop within a fast-growing organization who offers a variety of services and supports to people and agencies. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will engage in various forms of content creation, multimedia design, company communications, and marketing, advertising, and public relations activities to increase brand awareness and drive growth in key business areas. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders in sharing who Mains’l is and what we do.

Salary: $60,000+ depending on experience


Work Environment: Hybrid; 2-3 days in office setting


Core responsibilities include:


  • Creating and maintaining creative assets, including brochures, flyers, website content, radio advertisement, display booth materials, newsletters, banners, posters
  • Engaging in agency communications, including creating and/or editing content using e-mail, mailed correspondence, website, newsletters, etc., and maintaining agency contact distribution lists for marketing and communication purposes
  • Supporting development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Planning, preparing, and creating content for industry events and conferences; as well as attending conferences and/or preparing others to represent Mains’l
  • Consistently increasing social media presence to support entity-wide growth
  • Forging partnerships with internal and external organizations to enhance Mains’l visibility
  • Managing marketing events and conference participation


Qualifications:


  • Experience collaborating with internal and external partners on creative concepts and planning
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience in areas such as social media, campaign development, digital and print content creation and design, website content management
  • Experience leveraging analytical tools for various social and digital platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or equivalent field
  • Experience with digital design suites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Establishes photography and/or videography skills
