SUMMARY:

Fósforo Mezcal is looking to expand its distribution and sales with the help of a superstar sales

representative in Texas! This is a boots-on-the-ground position that will work independently and

with our distributor partners to drive results and exceed our brand goals. This role is the local face of the

brand that can help us spread our love of authentic craft Mexican Mezcals to accounts and consumers in

the territory. Industry experience is not necessary – a burning desire to learn and grow within the

company is all that is required!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with both on and off-premise accounts.

- Own and close against a target list of accounts in both channels.

- Schedule and conduct brand trainings and tastings.

- Work with distributor sales personnel to drive brand awareness, distribution, and sales.

- Manage and attend trade and tasting events in the territory (Distributor meetings, trade show,

consumer events, etc.).

- Merchandise shelf and proper bottle positioning for both channels, utilizing company POS

where applicable.

- Consolidate timely reports and market intelligence.

- Provide feedback on pricing, programming, and incentives.

- Other duties as needed within the scope of a traditional Sales Representative role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong self-starter who thrives in a high-paced environment.

- Eager to pound the pavement and visit accounts (90% of the role)

- Organized planner who can multitask multiple workstreams

- Relationship builder who has a strong customer service aptitude

- Willingness to travel within the metro area
