Yankee Marina & Boatyard, located on the Royal River in Yarmouth, ME, is seeking the right candidate to fulfill year-round general labor duties throughout the yard. The right candidate is someone who has the willingness to grow and be trained for more advanced technical positions over time. Duties include but are not limited to: general yard maintenance, assisting mechanics, woodworking, hauling and launching boats, and shrinkwrap application. We need someone who will complete projects timely and effectively, maintain cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion, perform heavy lifting, climbing, and carrying during job process, and maintain awareness of and consistently practice safe work habits. The successful candidate must be willing to learn new tasks and work well with other experienced marine crew to provide a well-executed, quality service to our boating customers. We look for polite individuals with a great attitude and a strong work ethic who are looking to grow and be part of a great team.
