Job Description

The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise, solve problems and improve processes. You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes in order to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Projects: Outline project tasks, prioritize, summarize and report status
  • Develop training material and provide training
  • Install software and firmware on-site and remote
  • Provide Customer Service and Technical Support
  • Create and manage timelines
  • Trouble-shoot system; identify root causes, resolve performance problems. Evaluate issues, determine faulty components, resolve issues, confirm solutions
  • Provide installation support and supervision at customer location
  • Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
  • Make drawings: hand-drawn sketches and CAD drawings
  • Build and Test Thermal Control Systems


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in either Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of engineering experience
  • Experience with HPDC, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S
