Team: Engineering

Character of Position


As a Manufacturing Data Processor, you will be part of a team that works in the most efficient manner and deliver support data within or before required due date and budgeted hours.


Responsibilities


  • File preparation activities required for ITAR compliance
  • File comparison (release to release) for determining and conveying revision level differences
  • Comply fully with electronic document and manual document control system
  • File naming convention oversight and policing both in and out of the company
  • Data revision level control at both Engineering and Tool Design release levels
  • Must be able to achieve quality and production goals
  • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Work to all QMS procedures and work instructions
  • Internal data transfer for both Build only and Design & Build projects


Skills


  • Understand reference systems
  • Thorough understanding of general tolerances
  • Knowledgeable in geometric tolerances (understand and recognize all symbols)
  • Self-directed
  • Comprehend sections and views
  • Reading and plotting complex blueprints
  • Ability to identify and find specifications


Experience


  • Previous experience using Catia V4, V5, Mastercam and/or UGNX preferred


Education


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
