Manager Trainee Jobs

Aviagen is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Management Trainee. The selected candidate will be given the opportunity to gain the experience required for promotion to a management role under the direction of experienced personnel.
Responsibilities:

• Employee management including discipline, training and scheduling
• May perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor
• Insure all production goals are met
• Abide by and support Company Bio-security and Animal Welfare policies.
• Perform routine maintenance
• Maintain and facilitate the care, set up and upkeep of the worksite
• Provide accurate record keeping

Job Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
• Valid driver license
• Bachelor of Science in Poultry or Animal Science or related field or 3 years poultry experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
