Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Keep a collection of current digital catalogs for reference
  • Assist with assigning products for new/auto requests
  • Attend and participate in divisional and departmental meetings
  • Review incoming requests and generate weekly review agendas for the Department
  • Handle overall administration (day-to-day questions, requests, and renewals) for top SBM accounts
  • Generate, send, and follow up on shortfall invoices
  • Assist with Special Projects
  • Provide support to the Apparel Manager and Director
  • Day-to-day contact (via phone and email) for licensees
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories to be a resource internally (i.e. Staff) and externally (i.e. Institutions, retailers, etc.)
  • Work with Managers to establish regular update calls/meetings and line reviews with licensees; send internal recaps
  • Assist with releasing responses in Brand Manager 360 for all license requests
  • Process addenda, phase 2's, and contracts (if new companies are added)
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience within the retail and/or apparel industry a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
