Manager - Residential Jobs

At SCARC, our mission is to provide high quality service and supports to people with developmental disabilities and their families in Sussex County.

As a Residential Manager you will have the opportunity to supervise all aspects of activities of the group home including coordination of medical appointments, recreational events, monitor budgets, authorize purchases, prepare and facilitate ISPs, maintain and monitor PAL accounts, and behavioral plans. Supervise staff at group home in their responsibilities, performance, schedule, and when needed, corrective action.

Requirements:

• COVID vaccination and booster is required
• Valid driver's license in good standing is required (cannot be a Probationary Driver's License).
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with DDD population.
• Basic computer skills
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.49 per hour
