- Troubleshooting project issues with subsector team and elevating to leadership as appropriate;.
- Understanding of the industry / sector value chain for all segments, and ability to define the total addressable market, growth forecasts, competition and interactions, and value exchanges;
- Having impeccable written and verbal communication skills;
- Staying current on insights and themes from x-capability teams and ensuring they inform analysis. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
- Supporting multiple workstreams including commercial, operations, valuation, digital strategy and cyber risks, macroeconomic and geopolitical impacts, risk and regulatory, and deals implications;
- Supporting multiple workstreams including commercial, operations, valuation, digital strategy and cyber risks, macroeconomic and geopolitical impacts, risk and regulatory, and deals implications;
- Drawing insights from a company’s commercial / operating model across the multiple thematic areas above;
- Demonstrating knowledge and experience of industry, sector, or market research;

- Writing reports and effectively communicate implications of analysis; and,
- Embedding knowledge transfer and actively collaborate with US team counterparts; and,
- Drawing insights from a company’s commercial strategy across multiple other inputs including cost and operating model, valuation, talent and culture, digital & cyber, ESG, macro and geopolitical, Risk and regulatory, and deals;
- Demonstrating project management skills and ability to lead teams;
- Supporting subsector leads through scoping, execution, and delivery of company analysis and recommendations (annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc updates);
- Leveraging attention to detail with a focus on analytic quality and fusion;
- Drawing insights from a company’s commercial / operating model across the multiple thematic areas above;
