Our region’s Endeavor Entrepreneurs include the founders from some of the Southeast’s fastest growing companies including OneTrust, SalesLoft, Flock Safety, LeaseQuery, and Fleetio.
Founded in 1997 as a non-profit to catalyze long-term innovation around the world, Endeavor has selected over 2,000 entrepreneurs across 39 markets. Endeavor Atlanta, an independent affiliate of Endeavor Global, was founded in 2017 with the support of Cox Enterprises and a world class Board of Directors. Our region’s Endeavor Entrepreneurs have collectively created over 7,000 jobs, raised over $1.5B in capital and generated over $700M in annual revenue.

The ideal candidate is passionate about entrepreneurship, understands cutting edge business models that shape the future and can find prescriptive ways to support founders’ growth.
This position will report directly to the Endeavor Atlanta Managing Director and work closely with the entire Endeavor Atlanta staff, Board, Advisory Council, local community of entrepreneurs and mentor network. The EX Manager will also interact heavily with Endeavor’s Global and Regional (US, CA, Ireland) network to support our growing portfolio of entrepreneurs.
We provide a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment for someone who enjoys challenges and is a self-starter. This position has a unique opportunity to take a significant role in selecting and supporting Endeavor Entrepreneurs to help build the ecosystem of high-growth entrepreneurship in the Southeast. They will have a pivotal role in developing Endeavor’s regional brand and creating connectivity across our local markets. They will also interact with leading venture investors, helping source top companies and connect portfolio companies that are raising growth capital. Endeavor staff members also have a unique opportunity to travel globally and interact with some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs, investors, and high-growth business leaders.

  • Contribute to the creation of new entrepreneur services where required

  • Lead support for 8-10 Endeavor Entrepreneur accounts
  • Oversee the upkeep of operational data on candidate and selected entrepreneurs
