YOUR MISSION:

• Handle assigned athletes’ servicing needs such as invoice processing, securing product, booking travel, etc.  
• Ensure athletes have a constant flow of the right product. This includes both on court and off court product
• Ensure that PUMA is fulfilling our contractual obligations to each athlete
• Work with each athlete to understand their performance basketball product needs as well as their off the court style preferences
• Work with the athletes to identify and support their charitable initiatives
• Coordinate and attend brand photoshoots and appearances with assigned athletes to manage ambassador requests at brand initiatives
• Communicate athlete marketing and activation plans to athletes
• Ensure athletes are posting on engaging with the brand on social media in a natural and authentic way
• Build and maintain relationships with talent management representatives and industry contacts
• Work cross functionally at PUMA to create athlete marketing plans to maximize brand partnerships

YOUR TALENT:

• Extensive knowledge of the basketball category and marketplace
• Strong work ethic; Self-motivated; Fast learner. 
• Travel required: 35-40%, primarily domestic
• Strong organizational, problem solving, time management skills. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relationship management; specific experience with athletes is desired
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and with desired end results is important
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Passionate about sport and sport culture
