Responsibilities:
  • Professionally coordinate information exchanges with staff at all levels and across program and customers
  • Quickly gain strong knowledge of client's mission functions in order to effectively support across program requirements
  • Continuously evaluate varied business functions to identify inefficiencies and develop potential improvements
  • Manage and closely track day-to-day taskings and information exchanges to successfully meet client-required deadlines
  • Develop high-quality written documents, spreadsheets, and briefings
  • Foster strong relationships by providing superior customer service to a variety of clients across multiple locations
  • Review and update SharePoint and MS Teams applications with updated program and organizational data
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, team facilitation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to obtain a DHS/CBP Suitability
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Agile SCRUM knowledge, Atlassian Jira familiarity, project planning, issues tracking.
  • Ability to write and create impactful PowerPoint decks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams applications
  • Basic SQL nice to have but not required.
  • Strong excel skills, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, If statements, Text formula manipulation
