Position Overview


KODA Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst to support a major U.S. Army Project Office.


Job Responsibilities


Primary responsibilities in support of project office include:


  • Maintain daily and operational calendars for Program and Deputy Program Manager.
  • Create, compose, consolidate, and review documentation, e.g., correspondence, briefings, response to inquiries, and talking points for correctness, format, spelling, and grammar before sending out for approval or signature.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Army Leadership
  • Assist in the efficient operations/administration of the Project Office.
  • Responsible for assisting senior program specialists with assessing, preparing, and providing mission short- and long-range goals, mission and personnel calendars, objectives, and initiatives to be presented to senior leadership.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to Program Leaders
  • Organize, attend, and participate in organizational staff calls, stand-ups, and project office tag-ups, working groups, ad hoc, IPTs or similar venues; assess action items from meetings and engage in the resolution process; and, propose responses to inquiries based on actions assigned. Prepare notes or after-action summaries, track actions items, and making recommendations on response for closure.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Leadership utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Assist with special projects where multiple functions are involved, coordinating actions, clarifying responsibilities and timelines for completion, and consolidating data, as necessary, and reviews to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability. Consistently developing and sustaining cooperative working relationships and ensuring visitor authorization requests (VARS) are prepared, when needed.
  • Maintain internal task tracker, assign tasks to appropriate team members, Track to completion.
  • Manage scheduling for Army Leadership
  • Assist with daily office operations and prioritization of events based on known activities or guidance provided such as synchronization and integration of events and activities for the Project Office through coordination, consolidation, and collaboration of information.


Required Qualifications


  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience developing information papers and decision briefings
  • Experience working internal/external taskers
  • Previous experience working with and in an office led by high ranking Senior Leadership.
  • Experience serving and managing mission/information demands of executive members of the Army or DoD staff
  • Proficient in arranging travel utilizing DTS
  • Bachelor of Science

Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% of time.


Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance is required/Top Secret/SCI preferred
