Weinstein Properties seeks highly motivated maintenance technicians to make vacant apartments ready for new residents this summer at The Belmont in Durham, NC (has been voted best place to live off campus by Duke students!).


This is a FULL TIME position that starts now until end of August/beg of September (can be a little flexible). Working hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday. Guaranteed at least 40 hours per week!


Candidates must have mechanical aptitude and general maintenance knowledge in residential repairs including plumbing, electric, carpentry & appliances. Candidates should have the following basic hand tools such as hammer, screwdriver, wrench set, channel locks and cordless drill. Reliable transportation is required. A background check will be conducted.
