Job Description
Savannah Lakes Village Real Estate in McCormick, SC has a full-time (M-F) position for someone who can provide Maintenance/Groundskeeping/Cleaning Services.


Duties Include But May Not Be Limited To


  • Removing trash and debris from property
  • Mowing the lawn and landscape upkeep for the SLV sales office property
  • General upkeep & maintenance of condos
  • Weekly cleaning of the SLV sales office work areas including break room, bathrooms, lobby, and meeting rooms
  • Daily cleaning of rental condos including but not limited to washing linens, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning all surfaces etc.


Qualifications


  • Knowledge of various maintenance functions including and not limited to plumbing, general carpentry skills, appliance, electrical, painting, caulking,
  • Great attention to detail
  • Smartphone & personal email address
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
