Maintenance Technician-Part-Time Jobs

The Comfort Suites in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an awesome Maintenance Technician to add to our dynamic team. We currently have 20 hours a week, Saturday, and Sunday, 8am to 5pm and Monday, 8am to 12pm, we are looking to fill. We are open 24 hours a day so availability at all hours is a plus.

Ideal Maintenance Technician candidates will have:

• A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills that will help find solutions to unexpected situations
• Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.
• Good attendance
• Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Giving the best customer service!
• Learn emergency procedures.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs
• Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
