Maintenance Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Oostburg, WI

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the design, fabrication, and relocation of production machinery and related equipment is an exciting part of your job.
• In addition to repair projects, also complete preventative maintenance to ensure that everything is in working order.
• As a Maintenance Technician, you troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in production machinery and equipment as they arise.
• Fabrication and welding skills assist you in your repairs.

Qualifications:

• Industrial HVAC systems
• Ability to operate forklift, boom, and platform lifts.
• Understanding or knowledge of:
• Ability to work from elevated heights when using ladders and power lifts.
• Hydraulics
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Electronics
• Electronic Machine/Motion Controls
• Single and 3 phase wiring up to 480 volts
• Industrial boiler/water treatment systems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical schematic diagrams, technical manuals, chemical warning labels, and material safety data sheets. Welding skills that comply with USDA/WDA standards.

• Good trouble shooting skills and be willing to further train on skills needed to support the maintenance department goals.
