Job duties include: Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove rubbish and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped Troubleshoot issues with HVAC system, lighting, and indoor climate control as necessary Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner Maintain a library of user manuals for office furniture and fixtures that can be referred to when needed Adhere to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management team 2+ years' maintenance experience preferred Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts Ability to work well under minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs as necessary Painting and drywall experience required Job Type: On the road
