Maintenance Technician Jobs

Duration: Full Time, Regular
Compensation: $28.30/hour (2 first year retention bonuses totaling $1,000)
Specific Requirements: Experience with maintaining, installing and troubleshooting the following:

• Compressed Air Systems (Compressors, Dryers and pneumatic operators)
• Mechanical Systems (gearboxes, bearings etc.)
• Electric Motors from 1hp to 125hp
• Steam Systems low pressure (40psi) to high pressure (200psi)
• Hydraulics Systems up to 1300 psi
• Positive Displacement and Centrifugal Pumps
• Electrical Systems from 240v to 480v, experience with higher voltages (13.2kV) desired

Technical Skills & Key Performance Attributes:

• Strong Mechanical Aptitude required, Electrical and Welding Experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent/ Mechanical Aptitude (50th percentile or above)
• Strong Computer Skills and experience with computerized maintenance management Software CMMS (MP2 or MVP preferred)
• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience preferably in the Chemical Industry

Work Shifts: Applicants must be able to work any shift (shift preference every two years by seniority). Shift premiums are paid for off shifts and forced overtime work is applicable:
40-hour week/8-hour days: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts
4 On/4 Off, 12-hour days: 6:00am 6:00pm/6:00pm 6:00am
